Returns and Exchanges

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • It should include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at nepali.rudrakshabeads@gmail.com.
  • After 24 Hours: If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, but you may proceed with a return after delivery (refer to the Returns policy).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
